SWF is committed to ensuring that our events are as accessible as possible.
Hearing
Sign language interpreters and note-taking services can be arranged upon request over both weekends – 9, 10, 16 and 17 November. Should you require either of these services, please email us by 4 Oct 2024 at swfticketing@artshouse.sg with your name, contact number and preferred programme(s). As there are a limited number of interpreters and note-takers, these services will be assigned on a first-come-first-served basis.
Vision
Guide dogs are welcome at SWF events at The Arts House, Victoria Theatre, Victoria Concert Hall, Asian Civilisations Museum and the Festival Lawn.
Visitors to ACM with service animals are encouraged to call the Visitor Services at +65 6332 7798 or email nhb_acm_VS@nhb.gov.sg at least two working days in advance.
