This panel, made up of tech professionals who create and research chatbots, discusses the language and programming of chatbots. What does chatbot research show about society’s language habits, and are chatbots required to speak in emojis, .gifs, and memes to stay relatable and personal?

His company is now helping enterprises and organisations build their own engaging chatbots, and pioneering AI Influencer advertising in Singapore.
