What book would you like to snuggle under covers with, and why?
"1984, by George Orwell is one of the books that had a big influence on me in my youth. It is a courageous novel of anticipation and compromise that possesses all the ingredients that, in my opinion, must be in the best stories: realism and fantasy, love, and realistic characters with capacity of growing. And specially, there is a social and political criticism against Stalinism, which he suffered during his participation in the Spanish Civil War.

I learned a lot from this novel. The profound description of the capacity of the totalitarian power to reach with its tentacles the intimacy of the citizens’ private life hooked me and alerted me. Finally, I would say that by reading this novel I learned a lot about writing."
